Fear is such a great and impossible thing. We are afraid of everything we cannot control. We try so hard to control it all and then we get scared. In those moments of fear and unknown grief we wrestle with the dilemma of what we should do. Some people cry, some get angry, and some of us pray.Praying is a beautiful thing. It is like being wrapped up in a warm blanket. Feeling the soft touch of God comforting you. Letting go of all that fear, worry, doubt, guilt, shame, anger, and frustration can be so much greater than anything else. I cannot imagine a life without the comfort of God in prayer, because lets face it life is gonna happen! You are going to face disappointments and pain. You will not be in control of everything all the time, and sometimes you will have to wait because all you can do is wait.
So when you are waiting take the time to turn to him in prayer because his arm around you holding you up is so much stronger than you can imagine. If he can hold the weight of the world he will be able to hold your fears too! Trust him and let him guide you. Because:
Luke 18: 27 Jesus replied, "What is impossible with men is possible with God."
